Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. All purchases of PDF patterns, paper patterns, books, gift cards, subscriptions-both monthly and yearly, sewing machines, all preorder items (Advent box, Mystery boxes, NYE kits), Sales, SVG files, grab bags, sale, and clearance items are final, meaning they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Yearly cork subscription Cancellation Policy:
Yearly Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but it will remain active until the end of the current subscription year. No returns or refunds are available for shipped clubs or unshipped clubs.  You will receive the full year even if you cancel during your yearly subscription.

Cut goods policy-any items that are a custom cut order, not limited to Fabric, Cork, Faux Leather, Interfacing, Microsuede, Fur, Canvas, Zippers, Webbing, Elastic, RFID, and Vinyl and will be subject to a 25% Restock fee.  If you cancel the order prior to shipping, your order may also incur this charge if the items have been cut.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the item being returned to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Shipping
Qualifying item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If your item qualified for free shipping, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you refuse a package due to customs/duties fees-there will be no refunds
